In the IBM redbook named HTTP Server (powered by Apache) An Integrated Solution for IBM eserver iSeries Servers, it talks about using the SSLCipherSpec directive to limit what level of encryption is allowed. In two different Apache 2.0 manuals it makes no mention of this directive and instead talks about using the SSLCipherSuite directive. The iSeries server admin GUI configurator only allos the SSLCipherSpec to be configured. Are these directives dependent on what SSL mod was compiled into Apache ? Do I ignore what the non-iseries Apache manuals say about SSL and only look at what IBM says ? Mike Cunningham CIO Pennsylvania College of Technology www.pct.edu mcunning@xxxxxxx
