What's your definition of "support" of CGIDEV2? What's your definition of "support" of websphere? What's IBM doing on one that they aren't doing on the other? Ok, other than one heck of a marketing blitz for websphere. Or, is that your point? Rob Berendt -- Group Dekko Services, LLC Dept 01.073 PO Box 2000 Dock 108 6928N 400E Kendallville, IN 46755 http://www.dekko.com "Jon Paris" <Jon.Paris@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent by: web400-bounces+rob=dekko.com@xxxxxxxxxxxx 01/27/2005 06:06 PM Please respond to Web Enabling the AS400 / iSeries <web400@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To "web400" <web400@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc Subject [WEB400] Opinions Wanted IBM's "WebSphere or nothing" approach and suggesting that more people would update more applications if IBM would support CGI (CGIDEV2 and other options) within the tools to give people a lower cost of entry to the web world. As part of the piece I'd like to include some specific, and preferably practical, suggestions as to enhancements that IBM could make. Any suggestions?
