I do have *IOSYSCFG & *ALLOBJ.
Also (because Apache Redbook mentioned) I gave myself specific *all auth to
QATMHIN* files in qusrsys.
Have tried both my profile & qsecofr.
I  did find some posts on an ibm board - so i also did their recommends:
made sure loopback interface active
added a Host Name to the system (cfgtcp options 10 & 12).
Looked in qaudjrn & see lots of activity - profile swaps, etc, but no
"error"
Looked in http job's joblogs and see no big error.
