Just tried copying jt400.jar into the \common\lib directory and restarting Tomcat. Still no success. Kind of ironic that I have problems running JSPs on the reference implementation (Tomcat) when I can get my PHP scripts to run on it with "unproven" technology like JSR 223. Additional ideas are welcomed. Thanks for responding.
