Actually, if HTTP:// is in front of the "file name" it will load the browser
regardless of the file name.

The command is:

 STRPCCMD   PCCMD(TheFileName)

The file name has to be associated with a registered program but .html files
are registered with your browser by default so you shouldn't have to worry
about that part.
