Also, I have had a few users of my GETURI application need to get service packs for SSL a few times to fix problems that were "unexplainable". The reason I do suggest calling IBM support for SSL help is because every time a customer has needed help beyond what I can do, this part of IBM support has actually done a really good job... so kudos to the SSL IBM Support team for that..
