For anybody that has been following this thread of me not being able to read
in more than 32KB's through Standard Input, I can do it now!  <Aaron jumps
up and down>

I have tested the following code up to 11MB and it works just fine.  It may
go much further, but I don't think I will ever reach 11MB in the near future
so I didn't test it any further.
