Nope.  Those are one-time costs, and tend to get amortized over the life
of a project or a system.  And while the interactive feature can be a
really, really big cost, as you know PSC/400 already handles that
because it requires no interactive CPW.

No, to figure out the real hidden cost of web enabling, you have to
think longer term, Anton.
