You can, I created a PTF under V5R1 and IBM fixed it. Then I had them PTF it
back to V4R5. This was sometime last year.

Ok, I haven't played with this ... but I wasn't aware you could invoke 
server side includes from a CGI.  I always thought those only were invoked 
on static pages.

I could be wrong though.
