The only problem I noticed is the one I described in the message above...(unable to read from STDIN when enctype is "multipart/form-data")
It comes to my mind that i had obviously the same problem some months ago with a Net.Data macro where i wanted to upload something on a V4R2 machine and it didn't work at all. I couldn't figure out what it was, but it works on all machines with V4R5 or above.

BTW: V4R3 is pretty old and no longer a supported release. Whatever reasons there are, running a web server demands latest server software and PTFs. You won't get any of these for V4R3. Support for V4R5 ended on 2002-12-31, so now only V5R1 and V5R2 are supported releases where one can expect PTFs. If this should be a public site, some savings now can turn out to a big loss sometime. (see http://www-912.ibm.com/supporthome.nsf/document/17623433 )
