Hey, guys. I wanna thank you for the assistance. Apparently, it was a
customer of ours who was having the problem, and they weren't giving me
correct IP address..

Ok, let's take a step back. Can you send e-mail from Outlook on a PC to the
400? I believe Net.Data still uses the SMTP server to deliver the e-mail to
the 400, so make sure that server is started (STRTCPSVR *STMP).
I would leave the DTW_SMTP_SERVER with the numeric IP address in your INI
file.

Try the numeric address. I think it's not finding your SMTP server by name.

Maybe hung up trying to resolve the SMTP server...did you use the numeric
IP address in the DTW_SMTP_SERVER statement in case it can't resolve? Does
the page ever come back? Anything in the joblogs of the HTTP jobs?

Well, screen simply froze, and nothing happened. I couldn't find any job
in QHTTPSVR subsystem looping or even in RUN or DLYx status.

Could you elaborate? Did you get a different error message? I'm not sure
what you mean by "...not moving at all."

It's a stab in the dark, but you could try adding this to your INI file,
although it should not be required:

successfully.
Can anyone assist me with why I would get this message for no errors
occurring, and how I can fix this.
