activate CVS in WSAD

I have installed WSAD without activating CVS nor ClearCase LT by choosing
'other' in installationwizard.  Now I want to add CVS support.  I
installed CVS on my machine and I want to connect to it in WSAD.

How do I do this?

The manuals reference to 'Team Perspective' but it's not on my workbench
nor can I find 'Repositories view' in 'Resource perspective'
