I am learning Web Facing and I have a problem. I am in WDSC, R1.0 Build
0.137. I'm just using the WebSphere v4.0 Test Environment server. I have
it configured with client.encoding.override = UTF-8.  I also added
file.encoding = UTF-8.

When I run the application on this server, if I press enter, or anything,
on the first page that comes up, I get this error:
WF0116: The encoding check field was received incorrectly by the
application server. This is likely caused by the data transferred from the
browser to the application server not being encoded in UTF-8. Please refer
to the WebFacing documentation about how to set up UTF-8 client encoding in
WebSphere Application Server.

I'm clueless.

When the test environment server starts, these are the console messages, if
that helps.
