Hi Patrick,

No, it's not an IBM command.  It was written by Simon Coulter.  You need to
take the source for the command definition and the C program that goes with
it from the email he posted to this list and compile them on your system.

Depending upon what you're using it for, you may then need to change the C
program from user state to system state by using SST.
