Question about CGI Server Jobs -- WEB400

Hi Everyone,
            When I start my Web Server Instance, it starts with three
CGI jobs and one multiple CGI job. Let's say I have 3 people accessing
my CGI Programs. Will they each be using a different CGI job? If so,
what happens if five more people hit my website and execute a CGI
program? Will the 400 automatically add five more CGi jobs, or do the
five people just wait until the first three CGi programs are done
running?
