I compile with DFTACTGRP *NO and SETON LR. Is that correct?

The buffer is large (I think 32k) so I doubt that's the problem.
What might be at issue is the program may not be ending.
If you use a named activation group and do NOT set on LR, then the
program remains active.
If you do set on LR then it ends and (hopefully) CGIDEV2 is unloaded.
