Hello Aaron,
The REDIRECT directive supports an IP address template.  The syntax is:
        Redirect  request-template  URL   [IP-address-template]
So you should be able to code:
        REDIRECT /    https://cso.aaron.com    cso.aaron.com
and repeat for additional virtual hosts.
You may also be able to accomplish what you want using a combination of
MAP and REDIRECT.  For example:
        MAP     /       /secure/cso/aaron/com   cso.aaron.com
        REDIRECT /secure/cso/aaron/com   https://cso.aaron.com
