Actually, you can get a scroll area in a table with 5.0+ browsers.
Just surround your table with a style like: <div style="overflow:
auto;>
The biggest problem is that the heading will scroll unless you put
it in a separate table.

There isn't a CheckListBox control in HTML.
However, you could, using a table, create the look you want and then
open that table in another "popup" window. That would give the
end-user
a scroll box and allow them to check the items they want.
