Gary,

Not sure why you are having trouble getting to that page, it
looks like the server redirected you to the style sheet. If it
is still failing, would you send me a private mail describing
your browser and environment? If you can do that I will try
to duplicate your error and make sure that it gets fixed.

Hi Joe & David,

Thanks for the update.  And Thank you very much David for writing the
article.  It sounds like that will be very helpful when I get started.
I tried
going to the URL above and it won't let me in.  It takes me to a
different
