What OS version? I assume it's the classic server. This probably has nothing to do with CGIDEV2 unless you're getting a million hits and have hundres of CGI jobs running and never clearing the buffers in your apps (far fetched, I know, but possible). I bet that your on V5R1 and need some PTFs.
