Justin, I downloaded Dreamweaver UltraDev 20 days ago and am already planning to buy it. With no experience, and armed only with a book, "Dreamweaver UltraDev 4 - fast & easy web development" (by Aneesha Bakharia which is quite good) I have already published two pages for friends of mine. Dreamweaver seems to have a lot going for it and the UltraDev 4 edition gives you additional ODBC database functinality over the standard Dreamweaver. Two thumbs up!
