When I have to use a software package, it's always Macromedia Dreamweaver.
Most of the stuff I do is hand-coded anyway, but I think Dreamweaver has the
best interface and toolkit currently available.  Definately beats Frontpage,
and even though WebSphere's Page Designer is shaping up nicer and nicer with
every release, Dreamweaver currently still has it beat.
