Thanks for replying. Following the redbook (redp0516), this message is normal. At first, the application doesn't exist, so I get correct info. However, he publish stage should then create the WebApp within WAS automatically. The second window should give 'WebSphere Application Server Application is compatible'... At first sight, the parameters seem normal. The WAS is found, the default server is found, the default servlet engine is found... The application isn't... But why isn't it created automatically? Is the manual wrong here? My suggestion is to first make sure you have all of your directories in Studio set correctly - it may be looking in the wrong place or something for the application settings you put together when you created your server application in Admin. Beyond that, I don't know what to tell you, aside from making sure that all of your application settings on the server for TestApp are put together correctly. Hope this may at least spark a thought to help out... - Erik http://www.baron-inc.net _______________________________________________ This is the Web Enabling the AS400 / iSeries (WEB400) mailing list To post a message email: WEB400@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/cgi-bin/listinfo/web400 or email: WEB400-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/web400.
