Studio V3.5: Publishing Problem -- WEB400

I created a first WebApp using Studio V3.5

Now I want to publish this.  I followed instructions step by step and
while
'Publishing' I first receive a 'Configuration Check Result', showing
following info:
WebSphere Application Server definition is compatible
WebSphere Application Server Servlet Engine definition is compatible
WebSphere Application Server Application definition is missing

This seems to be normal, I want to publish a new Application.

I have an option to 'Proceed with Configuration'

After a while, I receive back same messagebox 'Configuration Check
Result',
showing following info:
WebSphere Application Server definition is compatible
WebSphere Application Server Servlet Engine definition is compatible
WebSphere Application Server Application definition is missing

In AdminConsole, no additional Application is configured....
