Hey all,

this might not be the right forum, but...

I'm seeing some strange behaviour in displaying web pages using IE 6.

Seemingly at random, the size of the fonts displayed are changing before my
eyes.

I'll give you a forinstance: I use the browser based Notes mail reader.
Some days the text in both the main 'inbox' page and each individual email
are so small, I can barely read them. then, somedays, the text gets really
big. Other times, the text is big but when I click a link, all the text on
the page suddenly gets really small, just before the new page appears.

I have been unable to duplicate this on any other desktop or browser.

has anyone else encountered this behaviour?

I do, on occasion, re-size my display to 800x600 to test cgi web pages for
suitability at that resolution, but only for a moment or two and I then
re-size back to 1024x768. Could this have some effect? Is it just an IE 6
thing? I don't remember ever seeing this before.

thanks,

rick
