Yes.  Named activation groups pertain to the JOB.  File open data paths
pertain to an activation group.  Your CGI program may end.  But that doesn't
affect the JOB's activation group.  If you have 2 CGI programs that open the
same file, then both open data paths will be listed on the WRKJOB screen.
If you create your CGI programs to use a *NEW activation group, that should
fix your problem.  Performance will be negatively impacted, though.
