Thanks Nathan for making it clearer. the article, from www.the400group.com pub Insider Weekly (sorry can't link to article, it's by subscription). The article gives the reading public (IT managers, etc) that the iSeries is still in the dark ages and only beginning to emerge. Web services is new for all platforms, not just the iSeries, and with a little research I could find thousands that are way beyond "static".
