Looks like it's telling you that the keyed in version & release is not valid
(or
a product being loaded is the wrong version.
check the reason code in the msg & look at the message below.

reason code &6.
01 -- The format is not valid.
02 -- The minimum target release for a base code load cannot be
*BASECODE.
03 -- The minimum target release for a code load cannot be *CODE.
04 -- The code load for the product option could not be found.
05 -- The code load for the base product could not be found.
06 -- The minimum target release specified is earlier than the minimum
target release &7 for the code load.
07 -- The minimum target release specified is earlier than the minimum
target release &8 for the code load for the base option.
08 -- The minimum target release specified is earlier than V2R3M0.
09 -- The minimum target release specified is later than the minimum
target release &11 for option &9 load &10.
10 -- The minimum target release specified is earlier than V4R2M0 for a
product load with directories.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following, based on return code &6, and
then
try the request again:
01 -- Specify the value with the correct format or specify a special
value. The correct format is VxRyMz, where x, y, and z must be numbers 0
through 9.
02 -- Specify a minimum target release other than *BASECODE.
03 -- Specify a minimum target release other than *CODE.
04 -- Create the code load for product &1 release &2 option &3 using the
Create Product Load (CRTPRDLOD) command or the QSZCRTPL application
programming interface (API).
05 -- Create the code load for the base option for product &1 release &2
using the Create Product Load (CRTPRDLOD) command or the QSZCRTPL API.
06 -- Specify a minimum target release later than or equal to the minimum
target release &7 of the code load for product &1 release &2 option &3.
07 -- Specify a minimum target release later than or equal to the minimum
target release &8 of the code load for the base option for product &1
release &2.
08 -- Specify a minimum target release of V2R3M0 or later.
09 -- Specify a minimum target release earlier than or equal to the
minimum target release &11 for option &9 load &10.
10 -- Specify a minimum target release of V4R2M0 or later.
