It was set up so that any company that wanted to use it could customize it to their liking. You can see a demo at: http://cso.cgintl.com To log in for a demo, use "demo" (no quotes) for the user id and password. The signin is linked to a customer number (or a list of customers, for example if you have multiple customers that are subaccounts of a main account). There are about 20 or so different companies using this. It's worked flawlessly for quite some time. Aaron Bartell took over that project when I left. Maybe he can mention anything that has changed (if anything) in the past few months. If your company wants something similar, feel free to contact me. I'd be happy to provide assistance.
