I wrote such an application for the company I used to work
for. It was set up so that any company that wanted to use
it could customize it to their liking.

You can see a demo at:

http://cso.cgintl.com

To log in for a demo, use "demo" (no quotes) for the user id
and password. The signin is linked to a customer number (or
a list of customers, for example if you have multiple
customers that are subaccounts of a main account).

There are about 20 or so different companies using this.
It's worked flawlessly for quite some time.

Aaron Bartell took over that project when I left. Maybe he
can mention anything that has changed (if anything) in the
past few months.

If your company wants something similar, feel free to
contact me. I'd be happy to provide assistance.
