Actually, a library is an IFS directory.  But if you mean a directory
outside the QSYS file system, it would not be possible (strictly speaking,
you could save a library to a save file and copy that to a stream file, but
I don't think that that's what you want).  OS/400 objects cannot be copied
to such a directory; data base and source file members can be converted to
stream files.
