The program works in two ways - the GET method is used to direct the program
to the correct subroutine. I'm not actually submitting the form via GET,
but POSTing to a URL like "myapp.pgm?func=vrfyacct". I haven't done much
with PHP, but ASP handled this quite well. I've found it a cleaner way to
program, GET handles the program, and POST handles the data.
