1) Backups - Save While active.. all real hard core data is drawn from the 
site into live files which are backed up quite a bit... (also they are 
unattended...)
2) OS/400 upgrades ... not there yet - V5R1 just came out... sorry - we do 
have 2 servers that run the site, so planning one being down wouldn't be to 
bad...
3) IPL's - 150 days without one - we'll probably do one every once in a 
while if we need it or not...

Uptime with an AS/400 (iSeries!) is 100,000,000,000,000% better then any 
Winders system and less $$ to maintain...

Andrew,

OK... Have you been able to do unattended backups before you get to work?
Does your web app recover from object locks during backups? Do you shut
down and not deliver any content what so ever during backups, OS/400
upgrades and scheduled IPLs?
