and yet one site I'm working on, in the construction industry, where if it
isn't
broken, it doesn't get replaced...
This is order entry (very complex, not just qty & price)
I had users using very old versions of IE & Netscape. also aol & compuserv.
I limit it to html4 or earlier.
No critical javascript
No java
works well - nobody complains
