David have you started up the WAS application instance that was created for Web Access? You need to go in there and start that first, before you try and access it, once running you can then get in. Have you also set up the webserver instance with use servlets & JSP's under WAS, and then made sure that the webserver name you will access is in the default Virtual Host for the iwaWebAccessServer normally Default_Host? A document that we are putting together looking at some of the WAS terms can be found at http://www.ignite400.org/html/articles/art124.htm its work in progress but may help you understand whats going on.
