I can't recall the limit - it is greater than 1024 bytes though - I think
that may have been a limit way back when - maybe Brad knows.  I believe
there is a requirement that a newline occur at least every n characters -
but I thought that was 2048 or somesuch.



Check out IBM's free library of CGI development routines CGIDEV2.  It
provides a very flexible and very fast method that allows you use
substitution variables in your HTML and takes care of little details like
what was the input method, gives logging capabilities etc. etc. The basic
library can be obtained from the Rochester Tech Studio - but the best way
to get it (and try it out love) is to go to www.easy400.ibm.it
