The only reason that RDI 9.8 would every need administrator rights or
privileges is if you attempted to unzip the archive in an admin protected
location on your hard drive, like “Program Files”.
Which would probably be considered a poor choice my many.
There is no other reason use an “Administrator” profile or use “run as
admin” with RDI 9.8.
