Our COBOL suppliers would not convert to Eclipse 4.23. We had included it as one of the known issues in 98.

If you are interested in becoming an RDi BETA customer, please let me know. We'd love to have more COBOL BETA testers to test our new COBOL outline.

After loading RDI 9.8, Outline View for COBOL members (CBL, CBLLE, SQLCBL, SQLCBLE) is blank. I checked RPG and CL which show the outline.

COBOL Outline view has been lacking in capabilities - on field definitions not showing the line number used in - compared to RPG, but it is completely missing for me in 9.8.

I checked the associated LPEX parsers and they seem to match what is in 9.6.

Any thoughts on what to try to get some functionality for Outline view in COBOL?
