"Identify the type of key used with products" -> that shows you the TYPE of license key you have.
1) Download the PTF and look at the Part Number.
2) Find the part number for the version of 9.6 you have.
If you are current on maintenance, you should be entitled to 9.8 license of the same. 9.8 licenses are not being displayed in the License Key Center.
If you purchased though IBM:
You can log into (Passport Advantage) PPA or AAS (Advanced Administration system, and you should see the new license key there.
If you purchased through a Business Partner:
You will need to contact your Business Partner for your license. If you need help locating them, you can use this site

When you DO locate your license, do NOT use the Manage Licenses menu option!
Your 9.8 license is installed using the p2 Install new software.

I would need help to get Get Licence Key for RDI 9.8; i logon at <removed link>, but i can see the licence key until 9.6 version .. to get the 9.8 version key , what i have todo ?
