The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

What kind of license is it? I think there are 3 now, authorized user, floating user fixed term, or floating user shared? Authorized is validated by count on the system, no transfer needed, floating shared means several can be named on the license but only 1 at a time can be connected. I don't know if floating fixed term has a user name on it, and can it be transferred.
One of the partners on here can probably address this more, but I bet they need to know what kind you have.
