This error

Would indicate to me that the install and/or workspace was originally from 9.6.0.5 or before when the base Eclipse install had a different build. You could open a case and then I deliver a plugin for you that should, in most cases resolve it. However you can fix this by uninstalling your RDI 9.6 instances then downloading and installing from the current installer and re-licensing (sorry) and using a new workspace. Then things would work much better for you. When you re-install you can also click the button to check for other versions and apply 9.6.0.12 directly for the cleanest install.

Hi all

I have done the update to RDI version 9.6.0.12 20220812_0616, but the
iSphere upgrade give me error . if i try to reinstall iSphere i receive
this error:

"An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
