Re: Error iSphere after upgrade to RDI 9.6.0.12 20220812_0616

Try by going under Help --> Install New Software... Then uncheck the
"Contact all update sites during install to find required software". Then
click cancel. Try to update via Help --> Check for Updates.

If the option for "Contact all updates sites during install to find
required software" is already unchecked, then try it checked.
