IM requires access to the base install image in order to apply a fixpack. The current version is 9.6.0.12

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [WDSCI-L] Failed to find required files
My new Lenovo laptop took a crap... So I had to go back to using my old laptop.

Everything seemed to be working find until I tried to use the %UPPER opcode in RPG. The editor doesn't recognize it??
I'm on 9.6.0.11

So I thought I'd update to the latest version using Installation Manager. I get almost all the way through the install, then receive "Failed to find required installation files". I've tried to paste the image of the message (windows won't copy the message text). Basically, it's looking at
'plug-in org.apache.commons.io_2.2.0v201405211200'

Not sure how to proceed.
