Re: Failed to find required files

I ran into the same issue. What I did was to unzip the original install
DISK1 and add it to the Install Manager below the v9.6.0.12 DISK1. Then my
install found the missing installation files. Seems some
required installation files are not included in the update packs.

Not sure how to proceed.
