The list strips attachments. If you'd like to share pictures, etc try

As far as the actual problem goes, almost always, when I have an issue
with Outline View, it's because the syntax checker has become very
lost. Assuming the two programmers are trying to debug the same source
member using the same library list, one reason is that the workspace
may be damaged. As a diagnostic indicator, create a new workspace -
don't migrate the existing one, just create a brand new, empty one.
Then you should be able to see if a new workspace on that 'failing' PC
changes the symptoms.
