Yes, of course. My IBM ID and password. Like always. Except it fails.

It's asking for installation download I last installed from,
~/Downloads/IBM/RDi/disk1

Which I removed from my hard drive, just leavin the license .jar

Does it need disk1 to do an upgrade?

But anyway, it then pops the IBM id password dialog. And when I type in my
IBM id and password it says:
*The credentials you provided are invalid. Credentials are required to
connect to the IBM download site. Enter IBM ID and password.*
Now what?

Hi Jack,

If it's IM telling you, it's your IBM password, not your IBM i user name
and password.

In order to update you are trying to get to the IBM Repository.

Okay, I read in IT Jungle there's a new update for RDi.
So I go to update my licensed copy and IM said my IBM ID and password that
I enter is invalid.
Which is nonsense, I use them daily.
Now what?
