A good number of years ago I wrote a plugin for the lpex editor, based on
an article written by Buck Calabro, here:
https://wiki.midrange.com/index.php/RDP_ToPrefixArea

My plugin (jar file) is in the folder <my_home_folder>\IBM\SDP\plugins

I have occasionally had to copy it back there after upgrades or
reinstallation over the years.

I've just installed the latest RDi upgrade (9.6.0.12 20220812_0616) via the
main server, not a patch and now I'm getting a Class not found error for my
plugin. The jar file is still there in <my_home_folder>\IBM\SDP\plugins

I have also had, for some time, a folder <my_home_folder>\IBM\SDPShared\
whose use I'm unsure of. I've tried putting my jar file in there (in the
plugins subfolder) and restarting RDi but that made no difference.

I was wondering:
1. Has anyone else had any plugin issues with the latest update.
2. Does anyone have a more recent link to documentation on writing simple
plugins? The above link was very helpful (thanks Buck) but is pretty old
now and I suppose could have some out-dated information.

Thanks kindly,
Craig
