Check Preferences > iSphere > Compare.

You have options there for what to show in the source member dialog.

When in RPGLE source, I right-click then Source=>Compare to bring up the iSphere compare. The right side is showing a previous compare, which is always wrong and has to be changed. Previously, it showed the current source member which is preferred. Any ideas how to change this?

I updated iSphere just now.
