Exactly. Our business partner takes good care of us, but they also could not help with the RDI annual maintenance and support. What little info I did receive about it was via arsupport@xxxxxx.comdd and billings after showing them the last invoice I received in 2018. They mentioned the auto renewal was cancelled in 2018 but when I asked who cancelled and how do I get renewed, etc. I got passed around to a few more numbers and emails.

Last person I spoke with at IBM had no clue and didn't know where to send me next and didn’t even try to look up my info in system. She just said give your information name, phone, address, issue, etc. reading from a case template. That was a couple days ago and no return call, email, ticket so not sure if she even filled out my info on a case or wrote it down and threw it in the trash because now it's just... Crickets... lol

So, I guess I'll give up on the RDi Renewal for now until have more time to investigate and follow the yellow brick road. 😊

I'll add my 2 cents and a rant. You are not alone and it isn't necessarily a business partner issue (although it may be). I deal with IBM directly because I am part of their developer discount program.
It's a great program but since my "usual" contact retired from IBM, it's just been a PITA.

The latest is that I got a notice that my invoice for 2021 SWMA was overdue (1 year in arrears). I don't recall receiving the invoice. I never got a notice before or after invoicing that it was overdue. Out of the clear blue I find out it is overdue (I always pay on SWMA promptly because if it expires there is an "after license" bump that is expensive). I finally just decided to pay it, whether it had been paid before or not.

So just last week I get the notice that my 2022 SWMA has expired and needs to renewed. A notice that occurred AFTER it had already expired, which means I get the pleasure of paying much more for SWMA. Sigh. For a company with all the tech resources, you'd think a simple thing like an automated notice when SWMA was going to expire along with a renewal invoice would be a no-brainer for IBM. This has happened on most years the SWMA has renewed but the guy I dealt with for 15 or so years, who could correct the issue, is long gone. So I don't know who to contact any more. My complaint on the late notice and the subsequent cost of renewal back to the person at IBM who initiated the 2022 renewal invoice has resulted in.....crickets....

Something is up with IBM invoicing....

Anyone know the correct IBM phone number or email to check if our RDi annual subscription maintenance and support is current or the process to get it current.

I'm using the following version but not sure if it is the latest in greatest. Up to 2018 we would receive and invoice via mail to renew but we have not received one in a while and I'm not sure where to check or how to start getting new invoices.

Version: 9.6.0.11 20210819_0803

Our business partners said they could not help with Rational Developer for I and I would need to contact IBM.

I have called several IBM phone numbers and send emails to several IBM email address including passport advantage, but I keep getting pass along to different departments and different phone numbers.

I figure the RDi forum would be my last hope to be guided in the right direction.

Thanks,
