Hi Mike,

I have installed the patch for APAR SE76229. Do I have to uninstall this patch prior to install the next RDi fixpack?

Do you have a timeline when the next RDi fixpack will be available?

Regards

Frank Hildebrandt

The next update to RDI will fix the resequence on save issue.

Be sure to remove the patch before trying to update or you will likely be into an uninstall then reinstall ..

AFAIK the patch for that APAR isn't official yet - I received it under NDA.

Here is the link to the APAR - I recommend that you subscribe to it:

HTH and kind regards,

Hi all
I guess I need to bring up the renumber on save issue again.
I have all the latest updates and it is still a problem.

Daniel,

I just did a check of updates for RDi and it says I'm current, so what am I missing? What patch? Where can I find it? I also am having the renumbering issue.

Thanks,
Steve

Hi,

you are missing a patch #3 for 9.6.0.11 - this fixes the renumber-on-save issue.

It was discussed last year and the fix is from December 2021.

Daniel

I am running version 9.6.0.11 of RDi.
I have in preference > remote system LPEX Editor > Resequence lines
at save checked.

I have saved. closed reopened etc and the line numbers fail to renumber.
What am I missing?
